Obama is Air Raiding Villages & Killing Civilians

Absolutely. This is something that both Bush and Obama are accountable for, not being able to see the grave danger of this cruel ideology, spreading throughout more countries than only Afghanistan and Iraq.

Maybe its you , who fails to see the cruel ideology of the Taliban...and Islamic Extremism . and that sitting back and letting them keep going, and attacking the west and moderates...and never growing a backbone to fight back...its just a white flag to no woman rights, no religious rights, no real education, no music, no free speech....only the right to live as the Taliban says...or die.

The Taliban and Al-Quida attacked...the US did what any sane nation would do...if fought back...
...but we are only fighting a small part of the problem and not really understanding what we are fighting for example is it insurgents, is it terrorists, is it criminals or is it an ideology? One cannot just attack one small part of a problem you have to have a strategy which deal with the whole and you have to understand what it is you are fighting against.

I read somewhere that invading Afghanistan was a bit like after the attack on Pearl Harbour the US declaring war on Vice Admiral Chuichi Nagumo's attack fleet instead of the whole of Japan. It misses the point of a global islamic war being waged.
Yeah....that's what it is....a global islamic war.

....And, all o' the gangs/thugs, operating within the U.S., are all working for the same org.

I agree with you but I think that the problem is that the west has got it a bit wrong in that it is only looking at a very small part of a global problem. You drama-queens really-do need to get some kind o' life....or, at-least stick to soap-operas....where you can do the least damage....

"Al-Qaeda's management philosophy has been described as "centralization of decision and decentralization of execution." Following the War on Terrorism, it is thought that al-Qaeda's leadership has "become geographically isolated", leading to the "emergence of decentralized leadership" of regional groups using the al-Qaeda "brand name."

Many terrorism experts do not believe that the global jihadist movement is driven at every level by Mr bin Laden and his followers. Although Mr bin Laden still has huge ideological sway over some Muslim extremists, experts argue that al-Qaeda has fragmented over the years into a variety of disconnected regional movements that have little connection with each other. Marc Sageman, a psychiatrist and former CIA officer, said that Al-Qaeda would now just be a "loose label for a movement that seems to target the west". "There is no umbrella organisation. We like to create a mythical entity called [al-Qaeda] in our minds but that is not the reality we are dealing with."

Yeah.....you might wanna try some o' that....

"It's not glamorous work, but last year Interpol played a role in 4,500 arrests, including a war criminal from the former Yugoslavia and an al Qaeda terrorist connected to the Madrid train bombing."

Yeah....that's what it is....a global islamic war.

Islamic terrorists are operating in something like 123 countries. I would think that is somewhat of a global war.

When left wing loonies get out of the way then those truely concerned about the gangs in the US will clean it up.

so our troops where bored and said lets blow up a bunch of civilians? is that your case now? You seem to think pretty low of our troops.

That was your impression of our troops before Obama took office.... Obama said Bush was just "air raiding villages and killing civilians" and you agreed with Obama. Now that Obama is the one "air raiding villages and killing civilians", you have to attack people for pointing it out.

You never answered my question... When Obama said that Bush was just "air raiding villages and killing civilians", was he:

A Spineless
B Obama wants america to fail in afgainstan
C. Obama is so low he would use the death of civilans only for political points to attack Bush
D. clueless
or all of the above..

You are absolutely correct, it is the ideology that we must fight against. Focusing on this or that aspect, group, or region containing the ideology is not going to solve the problem. Our entire strategy of clearing out a country then spending decades there while we nation build is not a winning strategy.

It is the ideology. And, it seems to me we have not done anything to combat the ideology.

Who is the root of the problem? Saudi Arabia is the root.

WAHHABISM is the ideology and the Saudis are exporting this murderous intolerant ideology throughout the world and even in Mosques in America.

America has done very little to stop this radical belief.

If we do not change our approach, the deaths and treasure lost in Iraq and Afghan will be for naught.

Ever since Thomas Jefferson, and the Barbary Pirates, we have been fighting this ideology.

Got any ideas of how to defeat it?
