They were practically sitting in each other's laps while holding hands and whispering encouragements of support and collusion. But you may be right, they may have hated each other. Likewise, Trump was respectful towards Putin, but recent revelations indicate they may have hated each other also.

Obama wanted to be like Medvedev? Why? Did they share similar views on homosexuality? They did look a little strange there holding hands and whispering in each other's ear.
