    Its working and I'm sure this technology is in use by intelligence services. Tech like intercepting with Laser is pretty common.

    Yeah i know things like this are always being looked into with the military and intel world.
    Where else it winds up now will be pretty interesting to see.

    I wonder if the technology will ever be able to extract sounds from earlier cameras?

    Think of how many silent films exist and the sounds that could be extracted from them.
