The Biblical character called"God" is entirely mute and has failed to do anything to stop genocide over the past 2000 years. There is no reason for US leaders try to guess what "God" wants. Trump is a jerk and a lout, and the US dollar is worth 18% LESS now in Euros as compared to when he lamentably took billions from billionaires to buy votes and become president. Much of the increase in the stock markets are due to the diminishing value of the US dollar.

There is zero proof that the universe was created at all. What I do know is that God was said to have wiped out nearly the entire human race in a flood. Thanks to God, we are threatened by earthquakes, birth defects, volcanoes, tsunamis, hurricanes, floods, droughts, epidemic diseases and mosquitoes.

It makes no sense to create a vast universe to provide a home on a small planet for just one favorite species of creature. The biblical character called "God" in the Bible is a very nasty dude. He tortured Job for no reason at all, and did nothing to prevent holocausts, famines and epidemics.

What sort of loving creator would invent cholera, cancer, muscular dystrophy and leprosy?

The Bible claims that God created the Universe in six days out of nothing.
The center of creation in the Bible is the planet Earth. All the bazillion stars and galaxies ? They were created as ornaments so the sky would not be empty.

The fact is, the Earth is 4.54 billion years old, but the Universe is far older, at 13.79 billion years.

All the laws of physics are inherent in matter and energy, dipstick. No God is required.

An infinite amount of what makes up the Universe that has always existed is far more logical than any eternal deity that one fine day decided to create a universe ex nihilo, that is, out of nothing.

Science cannot prove energy and matter have always existed any more than anyone can prove God has always existed.

According to Occam's Razor, if there are multiple explanations for something, it is best to choose the simplest.

Which is simplest?

(a) That a Divine Eternal Being decided one day to create a Universe to contain a small planet with vegetable, animal and human life forms on it and created the planet and an entire vast Universe around it out of nothing at all.

(b)_ That a near infinite quantity of energy, matter and other components have always existed.

It is obvious that (b) is less complicate than (a).

You chose to believe (a) because there is this book you read that claims it is holy, despite claiming that snakes and donkeys once could speak in some human language, and that when character named Jesus said "soon" he was referring to a period in excess of 2000 years.
