There are numerous illegals with "valid" documents that were either photocopied, manufactured and/or rubber stamped by crooked judges and/or politicians. There are numerous CDL holders who could not even read English yet, they were issued "valid" CDLs. The fact that this supposed man with a "valid" work permit in ICE custody does not mean that those documents and/or work permit were obtained in a legal or ethical manner. In America we do still mostly have reasonably reliable courts to determine what shootings are justified and what shootings are not justified.
Murder is murder regardless of how many "arbitrary perceived injustices" are cited. "Perceived injustice" is one of those things that can vary widely from person to person. Liberals will "perceive" on thing as an "injustice" while a Conservative may see it as enforcing the law. I point to MN. as an example.
