Trump does not arrest people. He has a very competent Justice Department that is handling that task nicely. Trump was never investigated for using family members to launder cash gifts, bribes, and payments from foreign crooks.

I don't know how much money Trump may have made in deals involving Zhao but the Biden administration clearly raked in $50 million from their unjust shakedown and conviction of the businessman. If Zhao was another victim of the many victims of unjust democrat shakedowns and convictions under Biden that we are learning more about under the new Trump administration, then Trump was right to pardon him.
