The US National Anthem is a series of rhetorical questions regarding the location of a flag. Most Americans know only the first verse.
"Lift every voice and sing" is a much more positive message.

Again, pro sports games are not patriotic and no anthems or flags should be required.

Germany does not have a Turkish anthem? Liechtenstein does not have a separate Slavic anthem? France does not have a separate Moroccan anthem?
