I bet you cannot name even one.
It is certain that a multitude of people heard Jesus say that very soon, God was going to remove the Romans and take over and rule.
And as it turned out, they were correct. God did NOT take over and rule. Jesus was wrong.
Then Jesus promised that he would return before the last of a bunch of guys has "tasted death", and he was wrong about that as well.

That was what Roman "leaders" feared but, it was not something Jesus Himself ever said nor thought. Even in the Garden of Gethsemane when a Roman Guard's ear was cut off by a disciple, Jesus healed the Guard right there on the spot and allowed the Roman Guards to take Him away without a fight, even though He could have called 10,000 angels to fight for Him.
Jesus never said that "he would return before a bunch of guys has tasted death". That is a complete fabrication of what the scripture actually says. He did talk about returning before "this GENERATION tastes death". Considering that Jesus has been teaching the disciples on the end times, It is clear to anyone that He was referring to the generation that is alive right before the tribulation. Considering that we already know from scripture that no one knows the day nor the hour, it would be difficult to determine which generation Jesus is referring to.
I would strongly encourage you to get a decent Bible translation (maybe even a good Concordance), to read and study so that you know what you are talking about.
