More than 2 months out now. The numbers are in and the winner is in office. Let us look at the general election results and compare them to past elections.
A few observations.
1. No interest at all in any third party candidate. The libertarian and Green party candidates did not even combine for 1% of the vote. The libertarian candidate was a joke. No Ralph Nader for the dems to blame. In 2016 Gary Johnson and Jill Stein combined for 5% of the vote.
2. Turnout was not low! Another dem lie. Because there were fewer votes than in 2020 dems think they lost because of turnout. 2024 had the 2nd highest vote totals in history. Trump and Harris both had over 50% more votes than Bush and Gore in 2000.
There were 18 million more votes in 2024 than in 2016. So how is that a low turnout?
3. 2020 is the outlier. You look at every election from 2000 on there is a consistent pattern including how vote totals have grown with population. The one election that sticks out as the freak is 2020. There was no way to prove fraud or that millions of dead people or illegals voted for Biden. Seems like they did though.
Something is not right to have that many more people voting then in the elections 4 years before and 4 years after. No coincidence that a fairer election in 2024 resulted in an across the board Trump victory.
