Yes Joe said china was going to release some of its petroleum reserve when he did so with ours.
Well Joe sold off about 300 million barrels and China sold zero. If I recall they even got some of our oil .
And China went on to increase its emergency supply. Well Joe did recently add 3 million barrels .it never should of been sold.
