"Please,'" Bush whimpers, his lips pursed in mock desperation, `"don't kill me"
-- from the Houston Chronicle in 1999.
Bush mocks people he executed. And these people call themselves Christians, or whatever they are.

So to the main point of my post. The Supreme Court determined it is unconstitutional to execute children under age 18. I was really excited about this, because I am strongly against the death penalty. My favorite part of the opinion is Justice Kennedy noting "the stark reality that the United States is the only country in the world that continues to give official sanction to the juvenile death penalty." Think about that. We are the country that knows what's best for every other nation (especially in the middle east), but we were the only nation in the entire world that has such little value for human life that we want to kill children and our mentally retarded.''

What a great example of a courageous christian leader.

No, it is about George Bush and the juveniles and the mentally retarded people he executed routinely when governor of Texas.

It is something that is illegal in every other country and it is also deplorable.

But for you it is the object of fun.

It wasn't funny first time but your childish repetition of this tasteless atempt at humour says a lot about you that is not good.

When the rest of the world, for the most part, is as AFU as a "Chicken and Stars" sandwich, perhaps you can give us one reason why we SHOULD give a tinkers damn WHAT they "think"?

Perhaps when they've all adopted a Representative Constitutional Republic, and it's been around for at least 200 years, we MIGHT be interested in what they have to say, but until then, they need to just STFU and leave the hard decisions about what to do in America up to Americans.

As for Justice Kennedy, he's part of that group of Justices who need to be retired....YESTERDAY!

As usual, Mr. Socialism has lied - namely about Bush, in the thread title:

Bush mocks the juveniles and mentyally retarded he executed

There is no evidence he mocked any juveniles or mentally retarded people... ever.

Bush "mocked" one person - Who wasn't a juvenile NOR was she retarded... She was a cold blooded killer by the name of Karla Tucker:

Karla Tucker.... By age 12, she had turned to drugs and sex. When she was 14, she dropped out of school and followed her mother, a rock groupie, into prostitution and began traveling with the Allman Brothers Band, The Marshall Tucker Band, and the Eagles. At age 16, she briefly married a mechanic named Stephen Griffith. In her early 20's, she began hanging out with bikers, and met a woman named Shawn Dean and her husband Jerry Lynn Dean, who introduced her to a man named Danny Garrett in 1981.[1][2]

On June 11, 1983, Tucker and her friends and sisters got high on drugs and alcohol at a party, where she heard that Shawn Dean had broken up with her abusive husband a week earlier. Tucker decided to get even with him. Two days later, having spent the day doing drugs with Garrett, she entered Jerry Dean's home at 2:00 AM with Garrett and James Leibrant to steal Dean's motorcycle. During the robbery, Dean heard the commotion and confronted the burglars, and Garrett struck him numerous times with a hammer. Dean's girlfriend, Deborah Thornton, entered the bedroom to find Garrett striking Dean on the head. She hid under bedcovers, where Tucker discovered her. Tucker then hacked Thornton to death with multiple pickax blows, after which Garrett embedded the axe in Deborah's heart. The next morning, a landlord discovered the victims' bodies. Investigation led to the arrests of Tucker and Garrett.[3] Tucker reportedly boasted of the crime when news of the case was broadcast on television.--Wiki

I will concede that its not very becoming of a sitting governor to mock someone that's been put to death but that's no excuse to LIE about the incident and say: "Bush mocks the juveniles and mentyally retarded he executed"

On a side note, I could give a rats anal cavity what foreign nations and their people think about America... Now if you think that sounds like the stereotypical "Arrogant American" response I have only this to ask:

Do you, or does your nation, give a rats anus what America and Americans think about you and your country?

Didn't think so...

First, we place such a HIGH value on human life, that we put those that commit murder to death for taking innocent peoples lives.

Second, we are the only nation that nearly all death row inmates are second time murders. Meaning, we convicted them of murder once, but due to the stupidity of some, possibly even those on online political forums, we have not put them to death, allowing them the opportunity of committing murder twice. The blood of the innocent is on the anti-capital punishment crowd.

Third, Bush didn't execute anyone anywhere. In case you missed it, a jury of 12 people, is who choose execution as the only justified punishment for the crimes of those on trial. It is not Bush's job to over turn every sentence.

Fourth, once again, an empty baseless post by Dawkins.

It is illogical to say that human life is so precious that if you take it so will we.

That is vengeful.

Human life is precious that you are happy to excute lots of people who did not take human life.

And some of these are juveniles and mentally retarded.

Amnesty International campaigned to get a guy off death row because he had the mental age of a five year old and in law if that is your mental age that is how you are judged.

When they left Bush had him executed.

There was no jury involved in this process.

You are not very clever are you Andy?

First of all, no one is on death row in America who did not have trial by jury.

And they regularly get it wrong

Pro-life, kill innocent people at home and bomb innocent people abroad.

Vomit-inducing hypocisy
