The governor’s office said the city’s two main reservoirs could dry up by May, much sooner than previous timelines. But authorities still offer no plan for curtailment of water use.

Perhaps the Corpus officials learned nothing from Newsome's disastrous mismanagement of water resources resulting in multiple fires and deaths on his watch.

The availability of water depends on rainfall, which is beyond the control of politician and highly dependent on geography. Texas and California do not share a common geography.

Shitshizpants continues to believe that there is some way in which the rainfall and rivers of British Columbia, Washington state and Northern Oregon can be delivered to Cantral and Southern California. I suppose he looks at a map, and assumes that water can flow down from the North to the South because water flows downward. But downward on a map has no such effect.

Shitshizpants is both ignorant (he does not know) and stupid (he cannot reason).

Yes
Yes, California mismanaged its water resources prior to the devastating fires. Years of mismanagement, including operational problems and a lack of infrastructure improvements, led to a critical shortage of water during the fires, particularly in Los Angeles. Reports indicate that the water system was overwhelmed, and fire hydrants ran dry, which significantly hindered firefighting efforts. Additionally, there were warnings about the failing water system before the fires, but these concerns were not acted upon, resulting in a catastrophic outcome.
