so the issue isn't what is his "brand" worth, its what are the properties he listed worth.
valuing a property as if it is 3 times larger than it really is is...fraud. duh.

second, how is this person an expert? lol.

if the trump brand is so great, why did trump vodka, steaks, university, etc etc etc all fail? why did his casinos go into bankruptcy? lol.

its a worthless op ed article which doesn't prove anything about the actual specific court case

How many Americans besides President Trump have been wrongly convicted in US courts over the years? I can think of 4 men that J. Edgar Hoover framed for murder who were convicted and sent to death row in spite of the fact that Hoover knew the men were innocent and that one of his informants had committed the murder.

Sadly, 30 years later, with the victims suing for a new trial the whole time, Robert Mueller convinced George Bush to refuse to allow congressional investigators to examine the records to judge for themselves what had really gone down. Even with Mueller obstructing their investigation Congress uncovered the facts of the men's innocence and had them released, paying more than $105 million in damages for what the crooked cops and agents did to them.
 
Truth Social has never made a cent in profit. It is losing money. Trump is an incompetent ignoramus.

He refused a jury so don't use that excuse.
