A hearing in Nevada from earlier this month outlined much evidence of voter fraud.

For example, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is “preventing witnesses and whistleblowers from testifying” concerning orders for workers to deliver ballots to nearly 8,000 “undeliverable” addresses.

Some other notable facts unearthed by a data scientist who testified to over 100,000 unique cases of illegal ballots: Almost 20,000 Nevada voters had a non-Nevada mailing address; approximately 8,000 voters had registered addresses that are physically non-existent; approximately 15,000 voters are registered to vote at either a commercial address or a vacant property; and 42,000 voters voted twice and have multiple voter registration numbers associated with substantially the same name, birthdate, and address.

Subpoenas are being issued in other states, shedding light on abundant evidence of voter fraud, counteracting the repeated talking point from the mainstream media that such evidence doesn’t exist.

Derek T. Muller, a professor at the University of Iowa College of Law, analyzed the origins of Binnall's 42,000 figure and found that the claim stemmed from a report by the Republican National Committee's chief data officer, Jesse Kamzol. The report lacked overall methodology and underlying data.

Carson City District Judge James Russell ruled against the Trump campaign's request to block the certification of Nevada's presidential election results in early December.

The court concluded that the Kamzol's data was not credible, and Russell wrote that his methodology "had little to no information about or supervision over the origins of his data, the manner in which it had been matched, and what the rate of false positives would be. Additionally, there was little or no verification of his numbers."

In the 35-page order, Russell also wrote that "the record does not support a finding that any Nevada voter voted twice."

The articles cited a Dec. 7 report from the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative law firm based in Milwaukee. But it dramatically misstated the report's findings.

The group analyzed vote totals, examined ballots and documents, and conducted surveys and polls to investigate the integrity of the 2020 election. The report's conclusion: "There was no evidence of widespread voter fraud."

The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty's report did not claim to find tens of thousands of ballots illegally cast during the 2020 election.

"WILL’s review made clear that there was very little evidence of widespread voter fraud or election fraud uncovered in the extent of our review," Collin Roth, the firm's director of communications, told USA TODAY in an email.

This does not necessarily mean that the votes themselves were illegal, however. That is also true, as is the following statement:

In 2016, the number of indefinitely confined voters was 66,611, a number that grew to a whopping 265,979 come 2020, the report noted.

Because of this, the report’s authors concluded that “it is almost certain” that a large share of these voters “improperly claimed” the “indefinitely confined” status which, in the report’s view, continues a subversion of the law.

Rather than claiming the votes were illegal, however, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty instead alleged that Wisconsin officials may have adopted new procedures improperly.

“Ad hoc adoption of absentee ballot drop boxes without established rules, parameters, or security presents an election vulnerability and a challenge to state law,” the report stated.

A ruling from the Wisconsin Supreme Court seemed to back up this argument. The report noted that the court ruled in November that the “indefinitely confined” status did not apply to individuals who refused to leave their home because of the pandemic.

Rather, it applied only to those indefinitely confined due to “age, physical illness, or infirmity, or [those who were] disabled for an indefinite period.”

So, unless 200,000 additional Wisconsin voters happened to become elderly, physically ill, infirm or disabled between 2016 and 2020, these findings suggest many of those votes were improperly cast. This is all true. Democrats changed voting laws that made the election more susceptible to fraud and the Wisconsin court ruling afterward rejected the basis for the rule change, meaning that 200,000 Wisconsin votes were improperly cast.

“While we cannot infer any malignant intent on the part of these voters, this means that many votes were cast without the requirement of photo identification,” the report noted in response to the influx of “indefinitely confined” voters. This is also true. While hundreds of thousands of votes were improperly cast nobody has attempted to prove or disprove whether there was malignant intent involved. Lack of malignant intent, however, does not wipe away the fact that 200,000 votes were improperly cast.

In addition to these issues, the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty alleged that “voter rolls were not properly maintained.” Improperly maintained bloated voting registries are a violation of election laws that have been a mainstay Democrat voting fraud violation in elections for decades.

“State and federal law requires Wisconsin to maintain accurate voter rolls. But the Wisconsin Elections Commission and local clerks refused to take the required steps in 2020 to remove outdated and inaccurate voter registrations — resulting in tens of thousands of active voter registrations tied to old addresses,” the report noted. In addition, 5,329 voters voted from their old addresses, 13,757 voted from a new address while in active mover status, 23,361 voters cast ballots despite failing a DMV check and 31,664 voters were in the National Change of Address Database.

There was no evidence that widespread, election-altering, coordinated efforts of voter fraud stole the 2020 election away from then-President Donald Trump. Nobody has proven there was or was not evil intent underlying the acceptance of these improper votes.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty stated as much in its review, claiming there is not “much, if any evidence” showing intentional wrongdoing on the part of any party.
