Israel in violation of The 4th GENEVA CONVENTION

[Foolosophy]

With respect to the Occupied Palestinian territories, the Israeli defense forces and their actions are in direct violation of the 4th Geneva Convention.

This convention was drafted after WW2 as a means of prosecuting the NAZI party for war crimes and atrocities carried out during he war.

The recent vote (Oct 2000)* in favour of this convention being applicable to the Israeli occupation of Palestine was 14 to zero.The USA of course had to abstain from the vote with Clinton not going as far as totally rejecting the 4th Geneva COnvention due to the international scandal it would have created. Instead the USA just ignored the vote. Standard diplomacy from USA isnt it folks.

So it is very ironical that the US funded fascist ISRAELI state has managed to violate a Geneva Convention that was set up to prosecute the NAZI party for their war crimes and atrocities.What a disgrace this Occupation has become and its being played out on the international stage for all to see.

Israel and the American Diaspora notoriously donate thousands of dollars to elect corruptible American presidential and congressional officials, who then repay Israel a thousand fold from precious tax revenues; with millions of dollars worth of technologically advanced military equipment and services, and with the priceless lives of thousands of young patriots.
Any governmental official, either elected or appointed to office, who accepts campaign donations from a foreign power is categorically guilty of treason; and justly deserves the death penalty, if the repayment causes the loss of American lives.
