John Boehner Told Harry Reid 'Go F--- Yourself' Outside the Oval Office

The fiscal austerity crisis has been temporarily averted, but given the apparent animosity between the current leaders of Congress it's a miracle that any deal was made at all. Politico has a rather lengthy breakdown of the last week or so of negotiations that led to last night's budget bill and it leads off with an anecdote illustrating the current state of American politics. As they arrived for a much-hyped meeting with the President last Friday afternoon, Speaker of the House John Boehner spotted Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid* approaching just steps from the Oval Office. According to "multiple sources," Boehner pointed his finger at Reid and without any other fanfare said, "Go f*ck yourself." When Reid asked him what he was talking about, Boehner simply repeated his curse and moved on.
To be fair to Boehner, just one day earlier Reid had called him a dictator on the floor of the Senate, telling the whole country in a widely televised speech that the Speaker cared more about protecting his job than doing what was right for the American people. And it won't be the first nor the last time a Congressperson swore at a fellow lawmaker. Still, it maybe helps explain why the two sides seem more intent on destroying each other than actually passing useful laws

I dont like the far left Democrats. But Moderates or moderate conservitive blue dog democrats to do like. Because blue dog democrats think like Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry, Ben Franklyn and John Addams. Traditional ideas that promote freedom ideas not liberalism

Our founders were certainly not conservatives in the sense of keeping the status quo. Their ideas were quite radical at the time. All men are created equal? What do you mean, the King and nobles don't have special privileges? Radical, left wing commie! (if there had been commies at that time, that is)

But thats not what it says so how can women deserve Equal rights but the consitution says all men? Look at the Arabs you dont see them twist their Koran around like Liberals do with the consitution. Arabs follow exactly what the Koran says.

Go back to the original meaning, and "all men" meant "all white men who own property". Even that was considered radical at the time.

A Lot,,,Cause our Forfathers believed in the consitution and they followed exactly what it says. Just like Muslims carry out punishments who disobeyed the Koran. Its Called Shariah law. Back 150 years ago our society didnt believe women are as equal as men so they cant vote and they cant speak out against our government. And Blacks were slaves,,And Slaves serve and work for their masters so therefor theyre not citizens. Only American citizens were allowed to vote theyre just carrying out what the consitution says. Now liberals dont believe in freedom of speech unless theyre left winged. Liberals feel women have the right to do a mans job. Liberals feel illegals can vote. To me Liberals are the true radicals.
