Lindsey Vonn pure American class!

Had to post something about American downhill skier Lindsey Vonn. She fought through a painful shin injury to win the Gold yesterday in the Olympics.

The world should aspire to be like the Olympics in real life. Every country training and working their hardest just to represent and put their best showing out there, but at the same time all countries also caring for each other as well... just like these Olympic athletes from all over the world do.

Yesterday's Gold Medal win isn't up on YouTube yet but I can tell you there were 6 really bad wipe outs at speeds approaching 80mph. When watching Lindsey feel the pain of and support her competitors it reminded me of just how good people really can be.
