Yes perhaps but at least 20 other states will not allow it for lazy asses who cant or wont use birth control .

Im always amazed at what liberals get excited and want to fight for.
The right to kill babys disarming law abiding citizens , importing illegals, perverts rights , illegals rights and criminal rights. No cash bail .
