McCain’s Goofs on Iraq and Afghanistan

McCain said Arabic translators deployed in Iraq are needed in Afghanistan. What a stupid idiot. This man is way to dumb to be the president of McDonalds! How stupid can he be? Afghans don't speak Arabic and the only people speaking Arabic in Afghanistan are the people shooting at NATO troops; agricultural specialists that we've sent to Baghdad are needed in Afghanistan to help Afghans develop crops other than heroin poppies, even though in Iraq, oil fields not poppy fields are a major source of U.S. technical assistance and Afghans grow poppies because they lack two critical prerequisites to rely on any other crop: security and infrastructure - not agricultural specialists.

Hmmmmm....

And this joker wants to be president???

McCain in Oregon said there were 59 states and that he had visited 57 of them. He said he didn’t get to go to Alaska and Hawaii. How dumb can anyone be to say something so stupid! and with a straight face. he was so dumb that when the crowd laughed at him HE DIDNT GET IT!!!! He is old and dumb and should just go take a nap!

I didnt say I didnt get a kick out of it. Keep in mind I am in one of the 57 he hasnt visited! I have seen similar things about other people. I saw an interesting one written about Rev Wright, and then he pulled his stunts at the NAACP and the Press Club and its last years news now.

This wouldn’t touch Obama, not the 57 states and not the Arabic in Afghanistan. Neither will hurt him, nothing can at this point.

I think the funny thing is though, had it really been McCain, it would of been the headline story and on the front page of every paper. Is McCain to old?

I am glad this time around I am old enough to look for myself. When I was a kid my teachers and parents told me what a satanic creep Ronald Reagan was. And I was gullible and ate it up hook line and sinker. Were I a student today, I would have probably been consumed by Obama too. I am just glad I am all grown up 

If the worst thing incoming President Obama does is a minor lack of clarification and not get over 4000 of our best killed... tens of thousands catastrophically wounded and run up the deficit bill mostly borrowing from Communist China at a staggering $12 BILLION DOLLARS PER MONTH... we should all be very happy.

You really should vote for John McBush. Like Bush you'll love John. He's your whatever Bush did was "fine by me" guy now.

Just like Bush, Reagan drove up the deficit soooo unbelievably high that it tanked the economy as economists predicted & rational people would expect not so much during his terms of borrow & spend but he mostly dropped it in the lap of the incoming President ....the first (and one term because of the economy) President Bush.

It's an unfair shame any person from either Party has to follow the pending train wreck that's just starting to show. If I didn't love my country so much I'd say... yeh put old John in there let him deal with the crash.

But more bad policy, stupid spending and death just isn't a viable option.

there are and have been Arabs , who speak Arabic in Afghanistan for some time as well as the native Dari and Pashtu. But the main point yes yea, guess what the guys we are after...a lot of them are not from Afghanistan and they are Sauds , from Sudan, Egypt, and other areas...and guess what they speak? Arabic. Guess who the ones we want to listen in on are? Arabic. When we get capture a few men what do some speak who are higher up in al Qaida? Arabic. who is the one who attacked the US? Thats right is war al Qaida .and who do we want dead? that one tall dude .....Bin Ladin....guess maybe you forgot about some of that.

The actuarial tables show people McCain's age should live 13 more years on average - the life spans of the early 1900's aren't relevent to 2008, and your belief has no basis in fact.
