Meditation purports to God, and only God!

The purpose of meditation is to consider the universe as it is and to conclude a cause-creator: God.

Man is given the mind and the soul. Man is given feelings and perception. Man, as an entity, meditates in order to arrive at a status of understanding, the so called illumination. But the individual who meditates seeks God the creator of the universe. Whether concentrating on one object or another, or the totality of objects in unison. he finds God at the end of his journey.Meditation indicates freedom of thinking from all boundaries and focusing on one point. This is where Man as an entity, i.e. body, soul, mind and sense become one in order to comprehend by seizure or direct caption of one thing. It may induce a state of peacefulness due to focusing on one object and forgetting ones own problems. It enhances man over the vicissitudes of life and releases him from the body.Meditation aims at releasing oneself from lusts and desires and liberates from suffering due to concentration on other things. Mind over matter. as it were.

Man is released from this life to attain peace of mind, peace and love for others. Like Agape love in Christianity man can achieve this end if the intent is there. What Meditation cannot release itself from is the origin and cause of thins and objects. Here the soul as it were is naturally driven to question and understand.

Meditation is reflection on an object, its presence, its origin, its form and structure and its finality. It involves directly a state of comprehension of what is.

Meditation, with all its dimensions and ways have one thing in common namely to attain the truth, whatever the truth is.By denying God the Buddhist state of meditation has annulled its own purpose and denied the purpose of its own ultimate goal.

To attain a state of peace is not achieved by denying God but on the contrary by acknowledging God as the creator of all things. Any other meditation, thought or reflection that does not make its central theme as God is bound to failure.Peace and love are qualities of God and through God only man acquire these. To deny God is to be in a state of hatred, conflict and war.

If the purpose of meditation is to be released from darkness and to achieve a state of light, or enlightenment then God must be at the heart of meditation.Any meditation, thought or reflection that denies God as a central goal then it is doomed to failure and the meditating person remains in the darkness and never achieves light.

Light is God and man becomes enlightened when he or she acknowledges God.God has given Man the mind and the soul to think reflect and meditate. He has made the universe and man's task is to look into the universe in order to find God. Those who do not find God blind themselves to the truth. Those who find God through His creation have accorded their souls with the purpose of their existence. Man seeks light and knowledge, true knowledge is light.

Otherwise, man is doomed to rest stuck in the depth of the darkness of the cave.
