Now if American prisons were like this,,I Gurantee you crime will go way down. Cause when these inmates get out they wont go back an commit the same crime again.

The problem with your theory is, one does not get out of a Russian prison alive.

Not so. The Guards treat them very harsh. And its supposed to be hell. Our prisons are like an holiday inn. Criminals have too many rights in our prison system. Just look how theyre treated in San Quentin

Just look at that! Inmates running around like free will. They should be locked in their cages 24/7!

countries with the more spartan conditions have far less repeat offenders.
best to couple that with a return of the constitutionally guaranteed speedy trial.

Ste4ve you would like Korean ones they at one time gave inmates only what food their family brought.

Germany have a great practice of literally wiping the slate clean on a person's records in addition to very spartan conditions their return rate was very low. costs were low as well.

if Russian prisons are like that then, why does Russian crime even exist?
If people are hungry or if their children are suffering they will do whatever it takes to take care of those needs regardless of punishment
