Funny... it seems to me you are changing the parameter yourself. You claimed Bush was bad... because why?

He was overspending.
Obama has already spent more.

He sent troops into a war.
Obama has sent troops into a war.

He blew tons of money on Wall St bankers.
Obama is blowing tons of money on Wall St.

He couldn't open a door.
Obama tried to go through a window.

He held combatants captive without trial.
Obama has expanded Rendition so combatants can be held without trial elsewhere.

He sounded like an idiot.
Have you heard Obama when the teleprompter breaks?

He passed tax cuts, during a war, and increased the deficit.
Obama is supposedly passing a tax cut, during a war, and the deficit is massive.


Shaman, by the very standard you have judged Bush to be bad, Obama would be 10 times worse than Bush. But apparently in your world, all those things that are bad when Bush does them, are clearly just fine if it's "your guy".

If the economy has turned around by 2012...Obama will win a second term easily. Which is why many Republicans.. Limbaugh, DeLay, and Malkin just a couple of examples, are rooting for Obama and by extension the country to fail.

I dont know about Malkin and DeLay but I listen to Rush daily and what he wants and has said over and over that he wants the Socialist policy to fail

If socialism succeeds (short term) we are stuck with it and our country is no longer what it was founded on. If a person loves the United States and capitalism they would not want a government that runs our lives.

If Obama was trying for free market solutions every conservative would be cheerleading for him, except the guy who plans to run against him I supose that guy would not be much of a cheer leader

If Obama was supporting the constitution and the rule of law, and freedom / capitalism, then I'd be fully behind him no matter what party he was part of. He could be in the green party, or the libertarian party, or democrat party, or even Joe-Bobs-MontanaShack party. It wouldn't matter to me in the slightest which party he's from.

But the problem is, he's blowing tons of money, plans to cut our national defense, increase taxes, and institute massive new government programs. In short, he's pushing socialism. Once again, I don't care which party he comes from, I want him to fail. I want everything he does to crash and burn. Not because he's a democrat, but because it's bad policy.

if you love the country you hope is succeeds even if its not your econ plan and goes against your party view....but since when was cutting the deficit or lowing spending a republican value...in that they actually did it....

I believed the Iraq war was stupid, based on lies, and not needed....I knew it was going to be long and bloody....I hoped every day I was wrong because I love America more then being right.
