Just on this topic, remember how BO, and Pelosi, "promised" that this was one of the coverages that would become effective IMMEDIATELY? Now they find out it does not become effective till 2013.

There is a reason why legislators should actually read what they vote on. However, the pond scum dims knew that NO ONE could/would read that entire bill, and understand it. That is why the lying bastards insisted on it being passed as is, and in its entirety.

The whole Temple Incident is strange. What law was being broken? How were people suppose to follow God's law for sacrifice if they couldn't buy the needed supplies after traveling all the way to Jerusalem?

Republicans never claimed that they had read the bill, nor did they claim to know what was in the bill. Quite the opposite. They admitted they had never read the bill. Remember how it went down? The Dims met in secret with no Republicans there, put the bill out some 72 hours before the vote, then voted on it.

Budget bills are not over 2000 pages long, and most of it is debated as single issue components before a vote.

However, you need anything you can grasp onto to justify the snafu by the Dims
