I don't think he's Fonz. General would have called Fonz a wimp for being a vegetarian, or something a little less polite along those lines. But yeah, he is throwing out a lot of ideas that I would have expected from Fonz.

It's more his sentence structure, inflections, and word usage. He also uses Fonz's catch phrase ("You seem uneducated") a lot.
