Voters in my state are stupid

Everyone around my work knows we have a very poor quality union and that really makes my point. Why should we be forced to be part of a poor quality union or any union and what would make the union work harder for the money they take from the members? Right now they don't have to do squat and they still get our money but if we were not forced to join the union then they would have to work hard to earn our trust and to get people to want to be part of the union. I see no problem with having the right to not be part of the union, you just have a different contract with the employer that you self-bargained as does every other non-union person. I wager some non-union members would get better contracts than union members would, perhaps that is the fear?

if everyone around your work does not think your union does enough...istead of attacking all other Unions...why not take the point of the Union...that you as workers have a voice...and use it to make your Union Better. And no, no one Fears that Non Union Workers would get Paid more..Union workers Make more money...Thats why companies hate them...because they have to give the people who actually make the company work...more of there share.

If your company tomarow said they where going to cut your pay by 10% and cut your Health care ...would you rather fight that yourself...or have a Union...Good luck if you say yourself....you just lost .
