The historical southern democrat lynch mob is a good example of bias controlling the administration of justice instead of laws. Democrats suspended Trump's due process rights in their impeachments, claiming since they were not a court they did not have to honor Trump's rights.

Trump was recently tried and found guilty by kangaroo courts run by democrat gangsters who know nobody will likely be able to stop their brutal violations of Trump's rights and Constitutional jurisprudence.

We have another election coming up in which the democrat candidate, no matter who or what he is, can be elected by fraud as long as he/she/it is still breathing. Until Americans take back control of elections by democrat crooks and liars there will likely never be another non-democrat president elected due to the victorious power of election fraud.

Democrats control voting machines. They program them, they operate them, and they refuse to allow the machines to be examined immediately after elections by non-democrat forensics experts without delayed democrat approval, if at all. In North Carolina, the elections board overseeing the 2020 election was under total democrat control. When asked by republican lawmakers if the machines couls be examined by non-biased forensics experts, the democrat elections chief answered with so many different so-called reasons and objections that her true meaning may have been shielded from the most discerning. What the chief said to the republican who asked her if they would allow independent forensics experts to examine the voting machines was, to summarize, "Hell no, we cannot and will not allow that, not now or ever."

The four criminal trials currently scheduled for former President Donald Trump are amongst the most significant and controversial trials in American history. It is imperative that they also be among the fairest trials in our history. Regardless of the results—acquittal, conviction, hung jury—the trials must be perceived as having been fair. The defendant must receive the benefit of all of his constitutional and statutory rights. Not only is Donald Trump on trial in these cases, but the American system of justice is on trial, not only in America but around the world.

The defendant is not only a former president; he is also the leading candidate to run against the incumbent president. Never before in our history has a leading presidential candidate been indicted, especially in the run-up to the election. If the trials themselves are unfair or even reasonably perceived to be unfair, our nation will be further divided and our standing in the world of democracies will be further damaged.

There is great desire among those who strongly oppose what Trump did in the past and what they believe he is likely to do in the future to "get" him. Many believe that the noble end of preventing Trump from being our next president justifies ignoble means, including stretching the Constitution and the law so as to assure his conviction. They believe that the reelection of President Trump would be more dangerous than compromising his constitutional rights.

That is a shortsighted view that endangers future generations of Americans.

Trump wa not allowed to call defensive witnesses and was not allowed to see his false accuser face to face. Both Schiff and Vindmann knew Vindmann was the fake whistleblower and both dishonestly claimed they did not know who the whistleblower was. Both of the liars should have been seriously disciplined for that, especially Vindmann for his many treasonous crimes against his Commander-in-Chief.
