This needs to be resolved and the existing arguments and evidence needs to be re-vetted and new cases submitted for adjudication now that enough Americans smell hanky panky in our election system, no one on the Right will ever accept the Democrats version of anything.

There are more than enough reasons to doubt the Dem version, but if you want what might be the best way to face the inconvenient truths to come.

From the videos it looks like the grenades came from the crowd level. One came from under a tall grandstand at crowd level. It is not clear to me what the time frame is and why only one or two videos surfaced from such a large crowd. If the police really did fire into a crowd without warning, shame on them. The crowd certainly got their revenge.

I am not a fan of the Ukraine at all. But I dislike putin and russia a lot more.

I agree with this. I would say though, it takes much more than dislike for Russia for a just cause to commit American treasure to any war.

Here is some hypocrisy for those who remember: In the 1980's the Soviets were sending men and arms into Nicaragua just like they did in Cuba in the 60's. Ronald Reagan used El Salvador as an ally to equip the Contras to fight the communists.

One of the big complaints from the swamp was that El Salvador was a corrupt nation and we should not be siding with them just to fight the Soviets. But now they want to side with corrupt Ukraine to fight Putin.

I have not seen or heard police (with or without megaphones) calling for the protesters to leave.

It incited the crowd to violence.

Only THEN did they storm the Capitol building.

I am sympathetic to what you might be feeling right now.

You want to think well of our men and women in blue.

But, the indications are that they were following the orders of the House Speaker, aka the Mayor of Capitol Hill.

Remember that Speaker Nancy Pelosi tore up Trump's State of the Union speech and threw it on the floor.

She wanted Trump out of office, never to return.

She knew the President would draw tens of thousands to his rally to stop the steal and that they would head to the Capitol.

She could have had Police steer or direct the crowd away from the Capitol.

She could have barricaded the Capitol.

She could have requested National Guard troops to be there to protect the Capitol building and those who were within it.

She did NONE of these things.

She allowed the peaceful protesters to assemble directly next to the Capitol building. And she would show the World that Trump "had staged an insurrection."

But when the law abiding patriotically minded peaceful protesters did not act in a way to bring discredit to Trump or the MAGA movement, Nancy gave the Police the order to use stun grenades to incite the crowd into violence and prompt them to behave in the predicted violent and angry manner the media has portrayed them to have been.

That false portrayal resulted in many Americans believing that Trump and his supporters are traitors and revolters.

But, the more you look into the J6 protest, the more you will see which will make you question the Democrat and the dishonest media narrative.

And then you will wonder wtf has happened to our country?!
