Your question is improperly worded. It assumes BO has at some point, assumed responsibility for the economy. He has not done so yet.

some claim that he has but as with all his ownership taking, it comes with a caveat or eight but those seem to get accepted universally as though they were laws of nature. or as with the economy they think its doing great as MO and Openmind have done.
