in fairness to your thread, which actually is a reasonable non partisan question, there is no easy answer. This is why americans flock to mexico and canada to buy meds, and to a lesser degree, take trips to other countries for medical and dental work.

Most other countries in the world, from 1st world, to 3rd world have some form of universal health care for all their citizens. We are only country that does not. No other country is going back to what we have.
What do we have? Price gouging prescription drugs. Insurance companies standing between you and your doctor, skimming off the top to more profits. Your Money, or Your Life health care. No money? Die and get our of the way for someone that does have money.
