Texas' gay marriage ban may have banned all marriages

Barbara Ann Radnofsky, a Houston lawyer and Democratic candidate for attorney general, says that a 22-word clause in a 2005 constitutional amendment designed to ban gay marriages erroneously endangers the legal status of all marriages in the state.

I agree, we need to turn it over to companies with no oversight, and only goals of profit...because we know they never make a mistake....( well they may claim one when they get cough, but we know often they did it with full knowlage to make more money)

Do you mean to say that it was leftists who tried to outlaw gay marriage through the authority of the government and may have jeopardized heterosexual marriage as well?
