Is this the best Garland and the racist Democrats can do to find hate crimes in the US? The fist on the list was a deranged individual who tried to kill blacks and Jews but failed to kill anyone. The 2nd five nuts were prison gang members who killed a fellow gang member. The last on the list was arrested for thinking about establishing a Nazi nut club in Colorado, but he did not start the club and did not kill anyone either.

Now let's examine three of the multiple racists who did kill people because of their racist hatred of people unlike themselves:

1. Nadal Malak Hassan: Shot 43 US soldiers, killing 13 of them because he hated white Americans.
2. Micah Xavier Johnson: Another white and cop-hating black Muslim who shot 14 cops, killing 9 of them.
3. Darrell E. Brooks, Jr.: Black racist who mowed down 68 parade-goers, killing six of them, because he hated white people.

Those are just a few examples of racist hatred and murder common to the US in modern times.

You cannot blame politicians for the acts of deranged morons either pretending to be supporters or who are actually supporters. For example, Xavier Johnson was a strong BLM and Democrat supporter who murdered 9 cops for the cause, but that down not mean that Obama is to be blamed for the violence of his supporters.

No. I believe honest and reliable law officers will prosecute all egregious crimes regardless of politics. Democrat law officers have been proving they cannot always be trusted to prosecute crimes fairly and without political bias.
