What exactly IS the point of a two-month extension of the payroll tax cut?

Boehner has been pointing out that it provides nothing that companies, individuals etc. can plan on. It merely "kicks the can down the road" for a brief time, and the whole fight has to begin again almost immediately.

He has a point.

Anybody?

That is a nice summation.

If the American people fall for this transparent attempt by the Communists (D Party), they need a good kick in the ass.

This also proves once again that the MSM has become the propaganda arm of the Communist Party. Is it any wonder liberals and progressives are so uninformed?

The payroll tax cut at issue does not impact employers. It only cuts taxes on employee's income. Yet, the WSJ claims it affects employers. They got the story wrong with their editorial blasting Rs.

Also, this payroll tax cut affects Social Security in that less tax revenue goes into to SS, which hastens the day when SS will be bankrupt. Why is no one discussing that?

Also, the Communist Party has for some time now claimed tax cuts do not help the economy. They have claimed the Bush tax cuts increased our national debt and only helped the rich (then BO and Friends renewed them early this year)...all lies, but the Commies and MSM spout it all the time. But now the Commies what this payroll tax cut...but only for two months.

Its F-ing CRAZY!!!
