If the nutters with guns didn't have guns, the other nutters couldn't get them to kill children, obviously. Because so many right-wing extremists have been encouraged to have a huge yellow streak up their backs they stockpile the means to murder, so murder happens. You can also sue your psychiatrist. Its Doctor-Patient Confidentiality. Rush Limbaugh should have took his doctor to court and sued him for millions for telling the sheriff dept about his pain killer prescriptions. Just like your lawyer can be sued if he misrepresented you on attorney client confidentiality.

He went to the feds and help em out by wearing a wire.
every rx is reported to the DEA by who wrote it. they compile records on the ones they fret about and investigate unusual volumes. you can get rx from multiple docs but they put two and two together. and when the one getting all the meds is found and he is just selling them, they find out who to.

Unfortunately doctors are required to report all sorts of data about their patients on a pretty constant basis. Race, communicable diseases, illegal activities, being shot, the list has been long for a long time but with the enaction of obamacare the number of things being reported has grown by quite a lot and the compilation of that data and shareing of that data has grown too.
