Actually, "pinko Democrats" were on the far left way back in the 1930s.

Today, though their ideas ar the same, they are the ones (incorrectly) referred to as "moderate Democrats".

The ones now on the far left of the party, are socialists, fascists, and communists. They are the ones who keep insisting that Obama, Pelosi, and Reid are "conservative".

Compared to themselves, they are.

none...just because one does not agree with someone does not mean they don't love and want whats best for America...Unless they are calling for Secession. The tea party may be idiots, wack jobs, and support policy I think will hurt America a great deal...that does not make them UnAmerican or mean that they hate America..it means I think they are wrong...and thats a big difference. John McCain lost my possible vote when he started saying things like Obama did not love the country or was UnAmerican in some way.

You really are making me mad that I have to defend John McCain but I have no choice,

Please provide a link where he ever said or even insinuated that obama did not love the country or was Un-American?

He got on the case of anyone who even started talking that way. Charlie Cunningham introduced him at a rally and went on the obama is UnAmerican rant and McCain slapped him down in front of the crowd. That is just one example I can think of but I know there is lots more.

when he started talking about how Obama would rather win the Election then win the war in Iraq...and yes he said that.
""It seems to me that Obama would rather lose a war in order to win a political campaign."
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/07/27/AR2008072701445.html

That for the most part lost him any shot at my vote...Palin nailed that coffin shut.

Those comments were not saying obama was Un-American. Lots of people are not really into the military or war exc. that does not make them Un_American. He was saying obama is more of a politician than a leader.

There were LOTS of people saying obama is Un-American, I was and still am one of them. Most of us mean by that statement that America is NOT his first priority or possibly even in the top ten or 50 :) . I believed it then and I believe it now. McCain just wasn't one of them. That was one of the things that bugged me about him!

But I see how Palin nailed the coffin for you.

Saying you would rather lose a war , meaning that America would lose troops lives...just to win a election...is saying someone is UnAmerican in my view. Because no American is going to want to Lose a war just for personal gain.

As for Obama is UnAmerican...why? Because his values and ideas for what needs to be done to fix it are not the same as yours? That is the type of thinking that leads to nothing being done...I don't think you go into Constitutional Law with out love of this nation..I don't think you serve as a Cumnitiy organizer rather then take high paying jobs you could get..if you dont love this nation.

I think Bush was the worse president in recent times, I think he did a huge job of destroying our Economy, and cost thousands of Americans there lives in Iraq for what I think is long term going to hurt us more then anything even if it succeeds overall. I think he lacks intellectual curiosity, and I think he was a pawn....that does not mean he did not love this nation..just because he screwed it..just means he failed at his job.
