Marijuana U.S.A.

"The detection of THC in biological fluids is not predictive of psychomotor impairment, according to a literature review published in the journal Current Addiction Reports.
.

Researchers at Brown University affirmed: “There are no reliable or practical biochemical or behavioral methods used in real-time with drivers on the road to determine cannabis-induced impairment. Many studies have found weak or non-existent correlations between THC concentrations in blood, oral fluid, or breath and actual driving performance or impairment.”
.
That finding is consistent with the opinions of numerous scientists and traffic safety groups, including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the American Automobile Association."

"NORML has responded to a New York Times editorial (“It’s Time for America to Admit That It Has a Marijuana Problem,” February 9) which alleged that “American lawmakers should do more to regulateadult-use marijuana products.
.
Notably however, the
Times editors call for a number of regulatory "fixes" that are already widely adopted in legal markets, including imposing taxes on commercially available cannabis products, limiting the THC content available in certain products, and placing restrictions on the marketing of products designed to be appealing to young people."

Democrats may think tax revenue from sales of brain-numbing drugs may more than offset the costs of damage done to society because of mind-numbing substance abuse.
Just because Missouri is stoned out of their mind, does not mean that other states should follow.

"Missouris legal cannabis sales generated a record-breaking $255.57 Million in sales tax revenue last year."
.
Yeah, libs are all about how to generate more tax money so that they can defraud even more. Coupled with that, if the electorate are all stoned out of their mind, they won't pay any attention nor even remember that the libs are stealing tax money. For libs it's a win/win.
