Say I run a low voltage company. Burglar alarms, fire alarms, cameras and access control. Sure I guess computer wires (four(4) pairs of twisted phone wire)... I'm sorry, high speed ethernet wire as those fu(kin prima donna ET guys call it, and I need to hire four(4) new techs. Nine folks apply, five white boys and 3 black folk. The white boys try to hand me resumes and references and their collage degrees, all of them know how to both correctly use and pronounce "ask" and "axe." The three black folks are a he/him, a her/she and a they/them. I don't know the chromosomes of the they/them. That one is either an ugly woman with large hands or a pretty boy. This is try outs, I have one demand: "Draw a DEOL burglar alarm circuit on that chalk board." All the white boys fail. All the black folk nail it which is great although the black lady gave me some attitude after she got the circuit correct with her fist on one hip wagging her finger in my face going "that all you got, honey-child?" White boys get sent way and I hire the three(3) black folk cause of, wait for it, merit. I'm still short a tech though I did talk to Mehican guy on the phone who said he can pull wire. His name is Jesus with a hard "J" who would be hard to work with as all day he'd be going "what?" when I was just mad.

Actually, the NFL having an over-the-top, woke, D.E.I. SJW, BLM, Me Too, defund the police, anti-ICE, Marxist half-time show is pure genius. Then to politicize it sports is the last bastion of true meritocracy. Ponder the dichotomy of that! While the left thinks they are gettin their D.E.I. message out there, all in righties face the exact opposite is happening on the field. If there was D.E.I. in sports there'd be a disabled one-legged punter, a midget would be guarding Shaq or an actual woman in the NFL...
