Imagine how disgusted Americans were that Edward Kennedy was never arrested and tried for the vehicular manslaughter death of Mary Jo Kopechne, or that Nadine Menendez was never charged for killing a pedestrian, waiting several minutes before calling 911, and refused to be tested for impairment at the scene, for which she should have been arrested like other American would have been.
