Arnold Schwarzenegger: hate is the path of the weak

"I do not hate wicked rebels against god".
Sure sounds like hate to me. Most Americans and especially godbotherers hate pet hates and mostly against democrats. You're just another closet hater. That evidence is visible on any major political you like.

I quote your god when you mention hate and barbarism.

Now kill all the boys and kill every woman that has slept with a man but save for yourselves every girl that had never slept with a man.
Numbers 31:17-18.

To stop believers children doing these barbaric acts why would any idiot want to teach it in schools to gullible children? Why would you even want to believe your hideous Bible is the benchmark of purity and ethics for society?

In the future brush up on what your Bible says because clearly you have never read it.
Perhaps if we are nice to him Mark Francis can make us a shiny new proselyte. Or perhaps some of them ultra-modern twofold proselytes.

Did your grandfather hate his family, or did he just read the Bible and either not understand it or was not willing to obey it?
I cannot recall ever seeing him smile. I don't think he hated his family or anyone. So he didn't preach about how God wanted his congregation to hate their families. This is typical of nearly all the preachers I have hear.

I think he was typical of Methodist preachers in West Texas though, and of course, NO preacher anywhere constantly tells their parishioners what Jesus did, namely, to sell everything they owned, give all the money to the poor and then to go off preaching that the World was about to end.

He was very good with managing money, which was essential in Texas as in most of the South, because the peasantry was mostly Baptist and poor, while the Methodists were what passed for the middle class. He was not dishonest, but he was good with keeping the Methodist Churches he ran in good repair. Once the church was in better shape, then he was transferred to another Methodist church in financial problems. As I recall, he preached at ten different mall town churches before he retired.

I do not think that telling your followers to hate their families is a very good recruitment strategy. The Jehovah's Witlesses manage to get their people to hate society in general, but even they do not tell them to hate Mom and Dad.

Sadly, like you, I know of Methodist preachers who fail to display any joy in the Lord. For true Christians, that is not normal.

My grandfather was a Methodist preacher, and he had several dozen books on Homiletics, which tells preachers how to prepare sermons, and is sometimes linked to specific religious holidays an events (Easter, Christmas. Whitsuntide, Lent and such). When specific Biblical verses are linked to the sermon, most of the Old Testament is ignored (especially slavery, genocide, the murder of entire populations).

Here is a verse that one rarely gets mentioned, were Jesus tells us to hate our parents. Observe the many ways that Bible translators have warped the actual meaning.

New International Version
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, even their own life—such a person cannot be my disciple.

Christian Standard Bible
“If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters—yes, and even his own life—he cannot be my disciple.

Holman Christian Standard Bible

Good News Translation
"Those who come to me cannot be my disciples unless they love me more than they love father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, and themselves as well.
Did you read all the translations? Context context context. Read the entire chapter and it may clear this up for you. Note that in one of the first parables he talks about pulling an ox out of a pit on a sabbath. The last four translatations are closer to what jesus meant. He said something that caught his followers attention, then used a metaphor. The last four are the most accurate for this day.... You cannot come to Jesus without first considering the cost. He uses hate in the place of placing your relationship with Jesus first, then your family.

I ran into a very relevant scripture this am.

Habakkuk 1:4

Habakkuk 1:4 Pretty profound wouldn't you say? We call it The Holy Bible, but it is actually God's word. Unchanging. As Relevant today as it was in the day that God inspired his prophets to write it down.

New International Version
Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never prevails. The wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.

New Living Translation
The law has become paralyzed, and there is no justice in the courts. The wicked far outnumber the righteous, so that justice has become perverted.

English Standard Version
So the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; so justice goes forth perverted.

Berean Standard Bible
Therefore the law is paralyzed, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked hem in the righteous, so that justice is perverted.

Democrat fascists despise democratically elected Presidents and democratically elected Speakers of the House.

Democrats love perverts, thieves, thugs, murderers, terrorists, baby killers, liars, frauds, and other degenerate rebels against God and critize Christians for hating these democrat supporters.

Psalm 97:10
Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.
Do I need to remind you of these facts?
