Well here you go. This is 100% documented in fact they just tonight did National TV news coverage of it. This Conservative preacher Fred Phelps is going to the funerals protesting our fallen soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan and organizing his church to come out in full signage protests.

Why... wait for it...

Because God is killing OUR AMERICAN SOLDIERS because of the gays in America. Ultra Conservatives are going to the funerals of our US war dead & holding up signs saying... Thank God for IED's and Thank God for DEAD SOLDIERS. And of course they in an interesting spin of their warped reality they have along with those signs of our President Obama wearing Devil horns.

So that's it folks. That's the Radical Right. If you ever wondered why you were a Liberal or Progressive or Independent there it is. It's because the Radical Right is not only dangerous for America... they are completely mentally unhinged.

The parents of our fallen have been suing this Conservative "preacher" and winning huge judgments for his interference in their children's funerals but the Conservative Supreme Court has been letting him skate on free speech grounds. That points to why we need a much more Liberal Supreme Court but that's another issue.

The bottom line is we now know how much damage Conservatives are willing to do to our killed & wounded soldiers and their families.

Again we have a fine example of the illness of the left wing loonie, and there are far more of them then the 50-60 members of the Westboro Church.

During the heat of the Iraq War these same people were climbing over each other to post wherever they could, newscasts, comedy outlets, talk shows, etc., the number of dead soldiers in Iraq. It saddened them when the number of dead went down, and so they forecasted even more dead. They were outraged that they were not allowed to take pictures of the caskets of the returning dead.

When Murtha, Kerry, Kennedy, Gore, etc., ridiculed the American soldier, and called them murderers, terrorists, rapists, etc., these people not only supported those comments, they gleeefully spouted their disdain for the G.I. at every opportunity.

Now they again have the Westboro loonies to use as an example of the "christian" ignoring the reality that NO Christian supports the Phelps movement, and have consistently condemned those actions.

It does come off that I'm using a very broad brush. But try to understand that my intent is to highlight just how crazy and out of control the radical fringe really truly is.

The same argument was made when people tried to point out how dangerous the radical anti-choice groups were getting. The Right said they were just exercising freedom of speech in a peaceful law abiding way... and then Dr. after Dr. was murdered. The most recent being Dr. Tiller. When you stir people up to do anything imaginable because the cause you're pushing is so important God wants you to do it... it sets the nutbags free to do terrible & violent acts.

We saw the same thing with teabaggers carrying assault rifles to political rallies, screaming & waving signs that the tree of liberty must be watered by blood... that would be the blood of other Americans that have done nothing but exercise their right to vote.

God bless our troops who are only following orders, ask for comfort for their families when they've lost a loved one and reject the most severe hate speech. We'll all be better for it.
