At that time, then there was a war and the Israelis seize both the ownership of the land and the sovereignity of it against laws established by the UN treaty.

Are you claiming Israel was not given its own portion of land by UN treaty or that Israel took part of the Palestinian land given them by the UN? Can you explain the property borders and when and what might have caused the Israelis to seize the part of the land that belonged to the Palestinians? Surely there are details about the land dispute that we have been overlooking thus far.
