In the video, vote totals for Pennsylvania displayed on screen by CNN can be seen going up for Biden by 19,958 as they go down for Trump by that same amount.

But the error was actually a simple mistake by a research firm that gathers results data for CNN and others; it wasn’t a change in the reporting by election officials. (It’s worth noting, though, that those vote tallies are unofficial tallies, not final, official results.) The mistake was corrected about an hour later.

Four congressional Democrats sent a letter to the owners of Dominion Voting Systems and cited several problems that “threaten the integrity of our elections,” including “vote switching.”

In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which has been mired in controversy after a human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts, Democratic Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar and congressman Mark Pocan warned about reports of machines “switching votes,” “undisclosed vulnerabilities,” and “improbable” results that “threaten the integrity of our elections.”

Bottom Line: Yes, you’re right. As part of my breakdown of 2000 Mules last week, I said this: Voter fraud is real. It is a concern. There are 53 criminal convictions for voter fraud which have resulted from the 2020 election cycle. Additionally, we have cases like the 156 referred but unpursued in Florida. We need to get to the bottom of them. In Florida, that should soon start to happen. As of July 1st, Florida’s new election integrity law will be in force with a newly created state enforcement division which will be able to investigate those alleged voter fraud cases unpursued by local prosecutors. As for the 53 criminal convictions for voter fraud since the 2020 Election cycle began – here's where they’ve occurred:

… Mail-In Ballots are a Nightmare

One of the most stunning revelations of the evening was related to mail-in ballots. Most people now realize that mail-in ballots were utilized in 2020 on a massive scale under the guise of the pandemic. Ballot cracking was used in the election. Ballot cracking means that individuals can access and tamper with ballots that were returned undeliverable in the mail. The individual opens the ballot, votes, signs a “bogus signature,” or doesn’t sign it. Since Maricopa County fell abysmally short in the area of signature verification, “ballot cracking can go undetected,” said Pulitzer.

Moreover, he stated, when “returned to the county, these ballots simply disappear.” The county reported 53,866 as returned undeliverable ballots in the Maricopa election. However, incredibly:

“The Election Assistance Commission, utilizing United States Postal Service records, reported for 2020 that 110,092 general election ballots were, in fact, returned in Maricopa County, Arizona. Ballot cracking, these mysteriously disappearing 110,092 ballots would have been inserting a number of nefarious ballots in an amount greater than 400% of the official margin of the election.”

But nothing ever proven. Just the same insinuations of fraud but nothing else.
