First polls taken after 2nd Presidential debate: Romney draws farther ahead

The Democrats screamed unfair in the election of 2000, and I fully expect the Republicans to do the same this time should Obama win. As for the landslide, I seriously doubt it, but we'll know in a couple more weeks, won't we?
Accuse others of what you do.

~Karl Marx

The socialist democrats have no reason to claim fraud from the Republicans. The Republicans on the other hand have multiple reasons to make this claim.
Again, when did the norm in this Country become that if Republicans wanted to win an election against the socialist demorcats it would have to be done
with a landslide because of voter fraud?

Yes, we will know in a couple of weeks and who knows what will happen!

Correct. We won't know until Nov. 6th, if then. I realize the polls look promising, but don't forget the Supreme Court decision on Obamacare. Take nothing for granted.

I'd say the odds of either candidate winning are about 50 - 50. The odds of the Republicans screaming "voter fraud!" if Obama wins are somewhat greater than that. Well, not every one, of course, but there will be some voices raised, as we're seeing in this very thread.

I could be wrong, of course. I wouldn't want to make accusations and be compared to Karl Marx or anything like that, but I'll be very surprised if Obama is reelected and we don't hear a lot of unsubstantiated claims about voter fraud.

I wasn't comparing you to Karl Marx.

I was comparing the socialist democrat party's actions to be a page straight out of Marxism, and correctly so I may add!
And, if you don't think there will be protest, accusations of voter fraud, accusations of racism, and probably rioting in the streets if Obama is defeated, then obviously you don't have a very good measure on the political atmosphere in this Country.

Furthermore, I find it interesting how you would label future accusations of voter fraud as "unsubstantial." How do you know they're unsubstantial? You don't! But, I am sure "unsubstantial" will be your response to all the efforts by the socialist democrat party at voter fraud in the past and all their efforts in the future.

Accusations of fraud? Yes, most likely. Accusations of racism? Only from the lunatic fringe. Rioting in the streets? extremely unlikely.

Whoever wins in this close election, the other side is likely to cry foul. The fact of the matter is, there is no evidence of any voter fraud capable of swaying even this extremely close election.

Do you have any resources to back up that statement or is it a statement of opinion?
Considering all the voter fraud that is in the news lately, even all the stories that have been posted in this site, my opinion is that it can and may very well sway this election.

If

there is anything true about the reported ideas that it is a handful of counties that are key in swinging a state's electoral votes then it is within the realm of possibility that micro fraud could have a very significant effects.

Al Franken

Perfect example. Yet, few Americans know he stole his election.

The Ds will be buying votes in swing states on election day. If one goes through poor neighborhoods in Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee, etc....giving out free coffee and donuts with a bus ride to the pollls to vote for Big Ears, the fraudulent turnout could sway the election in those states.

And does anyone here other than the HOP's leading lib and our favorite pot smoking moderator believe the MSM will report on voter fraud????....well of course....unless its the Rs committing the fraud.

The MSM tends not to report on events that haven't happened.

Quite unlike the blog o sphere.

only problem is, they did. its b eing reported but not widely.

did you hear about VA Del Jim Moran's son caught on tape discussing voter fraud ?
Nope. I missed that one. Was it really voter fraud, or was it more of the Democrats bussing people to the polls so they could vote?

its being investigated, yeah its for real.

I should clarify that Rep Moran is a US House of Representatives rep. Not a COmmonwealth of Virginia one.

RICHMOND, Va. --
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli is investigating alleged election fraud by the son of Rep. James P. Moran, D-8th, who was caught on a secret video explaining how to vote for others.
The State Board of Elections voted unanimously Friday to request that the attorney general, a Republican, investigate Patrick Moran, former field director of his father's campaign, and Project Veritas, the conservative group that made the recording.

Patrick Moran resigned Wednesday as field director of his father's campaign. On the Project Veritas video, an undercover operative tells the younger Moran that he wants to cast ballots in the name of 100 voters who were registered but rarely voted.

Patrick Moran first expresses doubts about the plan. He later advises the undercover volunteer on faking utility bills for voter identification.

In a written statement, the three-member electoral board said it met in special session Friday to ask that Cuccinelli investigate Moran and others, including the unidentified person who made the undercover video Oct. 8, "regarding fraudulent voting."
