Im not tossing the race card Im pointing out your words... Whether saying hispanics are of "low quality" is racist I leave to the individual to decide.

Even if one is not a drain on society, it does not excuse their initial breaking of the law.

Either change the law, or enforce it.

Yes, at one time Dred Scott was the law, and when it was, it was enforced.

To put it bluntly, the votes to change the current interpretation of the 14th Amendment do not currently exist in Congress...therefore, current interpretation will remain the law, and we ought to get used to the idea.

Sure we could also enforce jaywalking, prostitution, drug laws and other victimless crimes... But is it a law worth enforcing? Maybe you right maybe we do need to change the law. But isnt that always implied when we are talking about changing how we do things?

Now everyone go back and look at how I said illiterate rural mexicans, the ones who are in the invasion, and how apissy here is warping that into not only mexicans generally, but "hispanics". :D

Why do leftwingers throw the race card? Because they know if they actually debated WHAT YOU SAID, they'd lose. Plus, tossing the race card requires no intellect - so it suits them.

Also, you offer no evidence that the votes don't exist in congress, and nobody EVER should "get used to" injustice.

- The state of california going nearly bankrupt and raising taxes to pay for the largess given to the 5 million illegal aliens in that state
- The US citizens who are murdered by illegals who go back to mexico and are home free because mexico won't turn them over
- The vast looting of the welfare state by illegals, paid for by taxes of US citizens
- The US citizens who wait four hours sick in an ER lobby, because they have to get in line behind young healthy mexican women there for the prenatal check for their anchor baby
- The property owners who are taxed to pay for the education of illegal aliens
- The out of state students who have to subsidize the illegal alien students who are given instate tuition in the california state university system
- The US rancher gunned down by illegal aliens on his land
- The other reancher sued by leftwing lawyers on behalf of illegal aliens who he detained on his land to turn over to the INS
- The people murdered all the time in Phoenix by illegal alien drug smugglers
