It prevented thousands from dying and thousands more from going bankrupt due to medical bills. Many poorer countries than this one have universal healthcare, which would be an improvement and what Obama originally wanted. Canada is not only a democracy, but democracy in which most government have been coalitions between two or more parties. If Canadians did not like their healthcare system, they would vote to change it. But not even the Conservative Party advocates that, because if it did, it would lose bigtime.

Canadians outlive Americans, and would never have allowed a mess like Shitshizpnts did inviting Musk and his awful DOGE bunch to screw up the government.
