thanks for shining a light on your "intelligence". I do care about wasting money, nimrod, for purely political stunts that also violate laws. duh.

"racist libtard"? lol. you're so stupid.
What do democrats call a political stunt? A border state sending illegal immigrants to their backdoors, proving they hate immigrants and do not want them in their neighborhoods.

another disgusting republican (hard to keep track of them all).

The budget language that appropriated the money for Florida's migrant relocation program would not permit two flights this week, for which Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has claimed credit, or the relocation of some of the migrants recruited for them, CNN has learned.

DeSantis said he arranged for the two flights which landed in Massachusetts, but the migrants had actually been in Texas.
Florida's migrant relocation program, according to the budget language which DeSantis signed into law, says the program should move migrants who are "unlawfully present" in the United States "from this state," meaning the flights from Texas to Massachusetts would not have been covered by the budget, language and anyone relocated as part of the program was not legally allowed to be in the US.

Martha Vineyard's airport director Geoffrey Freeman said Wednesday's flights originated in San Antonio, Texas.
And CNN spoke with more than a dozen migrants on the flights, who also affirmed they were transported from San Antonio, not Florida. They also said they were Venezuelan citizens seeking asylum and applying for refugee status, and showed CNN court papers for future asylum determination proceedings.
Federal law, cited in the Florida budget language, dictates those migrants who have future asylum determination proceedings are lawfully present in the US until a federal judge makes a determination otherwise.
As questions and criticism swirl as to why Florida's governor used state funds to transport migrants from Texas to Massachusetts, DeSantis said the flights were organized for people who were "trying to come to Florida and then offering them free transportation to sanctuary jurisdictions."

None of the migrants CNN spoke to said they had any desire or plans to travel to Florida.

Democrats usher illegals into the country by the hundreds of thousands but no democrats want to personally care for these indigent people who cannot legally work in the US and have nowhere to go and no place to stay, with no food to eat.

a political stunt is using tax payer funds illegally to fly people to where they don't want to go, just so desantis gets more PR.

A political stunt then must have been when Bowser loaded a bunch of unwelcome immigrants on trains in DC and sent them to Florida?

maybe so i didn't see if any laws were violated in that one. both parties do political stunts.

What do you know about immigration laws? Why do so many modern liberal politicians criticize patriotic Americans for simply urging them to support and enforce federal immigration laws?

what do you know about immigration laws?

I have read this:

8 USC 1181: Admission of immigrants into the United States (house.gov)

§1181. Admission of immigrants into the United States

(a) Documents required; admission under quotas before June 30, 1968

Except as provided in subsection (b) and subsection (c) no immigrant shall be admitted into the United States unless at the time of application for admission he (1) has a valid unexpired immigrant visa or was born subsequent to the issuance of such visa of the accompanying parent, and (2) presents a valid unexpired passport or other suitable travel document, or document of identity and nationality, if such document is required under the regulations issued by the Attorney General. With respect to immigrants to be admitted under quotas of quota areas prior to June 30, 1968, no immigrant visa shall be deemed valid unless the immigrant is properly chargeable to the quota area under the quota of which the visa is issued.

(b) Readmission without required documents; Attorney General's discretion

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 1182(a)(7)(A) of this title in such cases or in such classes of cases and under such conditions as may be by regulations prescribed, returning resident immigrants, defined in section 1101(a)(27)(A) of this title, who are otherwise admissible may be readmitted to the United States by the Attorney General in his discretion without being required to obtain a passport, immigrant visa, reentry permit or other documentation.

(c) Nonapplicability to aliens admitted as refugees

The provisions of subsection (a) shall not apply to an alien whom the Attorney General admits to the United States under section 1157 of this title.

(June 27, 1952, ch. 477, title II, ch. 2, §211, 66 Stat. 181 ; Pub. L. 89–236, §9, Oct. 3, 1965, 79 Stat. 917 ; Pub. L. 94–571, §7(c), Oct. 20, 1976, 90 Stat. 2706 ; Pub. L. 96–212, title II, §202, Mar. 17, 1980, 94 Stat. 106 ; Pub. L. 101–649, title VI, §603(a)(7), Nov. 29, 1990, 104 Stat. 5083 .)
