This is to document the end of Joe Biden's Long Ugly Political Career

maybe trump took more or more important documents than biden did.
but the key fact is that biden didn't fight it, and trump did. duh
Is that your new narrative? You know you made that up because you have no facts to support that nonsense.

since i said "maybe" it isn't a narrative. duh
its a possible explanation.
unless you can prove it isn't possible? duh

just like it wasn't nara who looked for documents from pence, the focus on trump led lawyers for both biden and pence to "check again" and find the documents. nara wasn't looking for those from pence either.

He didn't make it up. Biden freely handled them back where as Trump had to be subpoenaed and don't be foolish enough to deny that.
So what both broke the same law Joe's mind is going you can not trust any thing he says .
If your arrested for drunk driving it matters not if your a little drung or a lot you broke the law .

Actually not it's only a crime to intentionally have documents you shouldn't
Mistakes aren't illegal

O yes they are lug nut
Therefore, Title 18 U.S.C. 1924 makes it a federal crime to knowingly remove classified documents or materials from their designated locations without authorization or retain them in an unauthorized area.

Knowingly means you need intent moron
God you are stupid

First, for an individual to be convicted of this crime, the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt three elements:

  1. The defendant was a government officer or employee, contractor, or another person who lawfully had custody and control of classified documents;
  2. The defendant unlawfully and knowingly removed such documents from their designated locations; and
  3. The defendant intended to retain such documents at an unauthorized location.
Intended, duh

Sorry lug nut but some how I do not think them being stored in a garage is a authorized location or in his office at the school closet or Joe's private fikes years after he left office now.

If your going to quote laws then make sure you understand words like authorized and unauthorized and what the difference is. Also you can not keep them in places with such access to others that is extremely neglect .And would you not say you would have to return them in a timely Manor not years later . What give him 29 years to keep them before it's a crime .
