massive amounts of evidence of election fraud have been provided and the officials under suspicion who cannot deny or refute the evidence propagate the foolish worthless narrative that fraud has not been proven and yet Democrats refuse to discuss the evidence because it has not been proven by examination and discussion.

You do not understand how big the problem is. The fact that judges refused to take cases in maybe 5% of the total number of voter fraud claims needing to be resolved proves nothing. Furthermore, judges don't do investigations so claiming nobody should attempt to investigate voter fraud because that is the judge's job is completely bonkers.

GA officials refused to investigate voting discrepancy issues raised in the days and weeks just after the 2020 election, even after being repeatedly asked for input from election officials. Those officials who refused to do anything about clear problems with machine counts in GA are guilty of the worse sort of corruption by allowing the Soros-backed DA to charge Republican officials for investigating possible voting crimes GA officials refused to acknowledge or look into.

Name the official and show credible proof a valid issue was raised and they refused to look at it
