Blacks have been complaining for my entire lifetime about being discriminated against by the courts in our land. Me, and most other (northern, at least) whites have looked upon that with a jaundiced eye and a little doubt because blacks have needed to be in the court system more because they have a disproportionate percentage of criminals amongst them. They can piss & moan about why that is, but it most certainly is true. THEY need to fix THAT.

But, now that we whites can clearly see the whole of the 3-letter agencies and the entire Justice System operating in the court system of New York, Georgia & elsewhere, crucifying Trump with a justice not displayed since Christ, we all can see a clear-eyed system needs to replace what we have. I don't know the mechanics of that change, or it's particulars, but I'd like to hear the left, right & center contribute suggestions. Sky's the limit...

TRUMP Is becoming increasingly popular among Black voters for several reasons. ONE OF WHICH is that they can see the same racist Democrat's use of the law as a weapon of oppression being used on HIM the way they've traditionally used it on Blacks.

You forgot the many & varied Alexander The Great types conquering whoever was available, the Crusades, the Inquisition & colonization in the name of the Lord (the gold & silver was incidental, ~the Lord's reward!!). Henry VIII was just another incarnation of the guy in-power exercising it in his own favor. Those incarnations have been of every creed & color imaginable, invoking the name of every God in every era since the dawn of man. Even the Chinese have been ruled by ~outsiders~, mostly Mongols, than by ~Chinese~ rulers in 5,000 years. And, civilization still needs to become more ~civilized~.

I was hoping that the traditional bomb throwers here would take this opportunity to present what they want rather than what they don't want. If you want to have a pissing match, I will participate at whatever level you want. I've already been called everything possible, so I have retorts that are intended to embarrass & inflame all comers.

Let's look for a list of wishes, thence ways & means forward. Partial answers/requests/queries can be fodder that others can use to propel their cannonballs, or skeletons that can serve as structure upon which the parts can be mounted in-reference to each other in a whole system.

The vast majority of black criminals' victims are black. The vast majority of white criminals are put in prison by white juries. Whites know which side of the bread has the butter on it. Jailed criminals are much less likely to be stealing your car, breaking into your home or business or sticking a gun in your face while they are in jail. Jails are good. We need more jails with less than pleasant atmospheres. They need to be places to be avoided by bad people, because even bad people will adjust their behavior to avoid unpleasant rewards for their behavior. Abandoned mines sound good to me. Dank, dark, dirty, moldy, sunless, never really warm, really tough to tunnel out of. Want to hear my views on the death penalty? Guess what I'd like "3 strikes and out" should mean in criminal law? (Hint; we'd need less prison space.)

Ignore the bad educations widely available in spite of the volume of dollars shoveled into school systems. (How could we expect a better education in colleges that charge an arm and a leg for just as good an education as one could expect by repeating 12th grade 5 times?) GIGO. As for the rest of your post it's hard to follow, maybe you're in a time zone that precludes reading more than one sentence at a time. You seem to have great dislike of whites, I suppose that's OK, but insinuating that blacks shouldn't be deprived of justice because they may have descended from slaves is neither here nor there. Either everyone deserves justice, or no one can be sure to have it. Racism isn't rife in America. Most people take others for what they are and don't have time to dislike people just because they exist. Time is limited and if you waste it thinking about hating every 3rd person on the street, you wouldn't have time to conduct your own life. It's a lot easier to just go about your business and deal with the unpleasant people who crop up from time-to-time.
