If they had, they would have been neater about it, that is the point.
If Awmighty God had placed assholes further away from vaginas, there would be fewer instances of buggery.

God is wise, humans are not wise when it comes to trying to figure out how the human nervous system could have originated without God.

There is no sign whatever that God, an ostensible perfect being, is responsible for the rather short lifespans of humans, when compared with Galapagos tortoises or sharks. Human teeth and the susceptibility to cancer are clearly imperfections of design.
