You can go inside a polling station and record what is going on. Obviously you cannot watch people vote.

Also after the voting is over citizens can go in and watch and record if they wish to see how the ballots are handled.

For those who do not watch these first amendment auditors they are incredibly entertaining reality tv. What is amazing is that 2/3 of them are probably republicans when it is supposed to be so called liberals who are defending civil liberties. These guys in particular will go out and record outside pot distributors who are legal in Michigan.
